Rowan Racing Partnerships are formed to provide the opportunity to experience the thrill of true racehorse ownership. A partnership will consist of a maximum of ten members but most partnerships consist of only four or five Partners. Each individual partnership exists until the horse is sold or retired. Members may sell their shares at any time, with existing members having the first opportunity to purchase such shares.

Following the initial purchase of a share, a payment to cover the quarterly costs outlined below becomes due. These payments continue to be paid on a quarterly in advance basis. If preferred, these payments can be made in two six monthly payments.

What We Offer

All Partners will be kept informed of the progress and plans made for their horse and as much notice as possible will be given in relation to race entries and declarations. The season’s campaign for all horses will be the responsibility of the Trainer.

The thrill of owning a racehorse is to see the horse perform well, win races and to meet people who share their passion for racing. Each Partner will be entitled to receive a percentage of any prize money won in proportion to the shareholding. In the event of a horse being sold, the revenue received will be paid out on the same basis.

Cost

The price of shares will depend upon the value of the horse and the numbers of Partners. The monthly costs will be also be determined by the numbers in the Partnership. Please contact us for information on the horses available and their associated costs.

The concept of Rowan Racing Partnerships is a simple one. We aim to breed horses to win races and provide a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Whilst we cannot guarantee success, our record and the response we have received from existing Partners shows that we can achieve our dreams and enjoy some unforgettable days at the races.
